Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the Glowly online store and buy from us. The store is operated by MASSALHA FZCO (Trade License No. 20094, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA)), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Glowly", "we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

1. Using our store

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give accurate details and to use the store lawfully.
  • We sell to and deliver within the United Arab Emirates, the other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman) and selected other countries. The full list is shown at checkout.

2. Our products

Glowly sells beauty and personal-care tools and accessories, such as facial rollers, gua sha stones and brushes. Our products are not cosmetics, supplements or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Please follow the instructions that come with each product, and stop using it if you notice irritation or discomfort.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED); if you pay with a card issued outside the UAE, your bank may convert the amount to your local currency. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. For orders outside the UAE, import duties, VAT and customs fees in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are paid by the customer. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

  • Your order confirmation means we have received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund that item.

5. Payment

We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by Mamo) and PayPal. All orders are paid online at checkout; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all seven emirates, usually within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping is AED 15, or free on orders of AED 150 or more. We also deliver to the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman), usually within 3–7 business days after dispatch, for AED 35 or free on orders of AED 300 or more, and to selected international destinations, usually within 7–14 business days after dispatch, for AED 79. All orders ship from Dubai. See our Shipping Policy for details. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to you or to the person who accepts it at your address.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds and the 6-month warranty on electrical and battery-powered items are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All store content, including the Glowly name, logo, text and photos, belongs to MASSALHA FZCO or its licensors and may not be used commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product or by not following its instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue together.

شروط الخدمة

تنطبق شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") عند استخدامك متجر Glowly (جلولي) الإلكتروني وعند الشراء منه. يُدار المتجر من قِبل شركة MASSALHA FZCO (رخصة تجارية رقم 20094، صادرة عن سلطة دبي للمناطق الاقتصادية المتكاملة (IFZA))، وعنوانها: DSO-IFZA، IFZA Properties، واحة دبي للسيليكون، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة ("Glowly" أو "نحن"). وباستخدامك المتجر أو تقديمك طلبًا فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. ولا يحدّ أي بند فيها من حقوقك المقررة بموجب القوانين الإماراتية، ومنها القانون الاتحادي رقم (15) لسنة 2020 بشأن حماية المستهلك.

1. استخدام المتجر

  • يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا، أو أن تستخدم المتجر بمشاركة أحد الوالدين أو الولي.
  • تتعهد بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وباستخدام المتجر للأغراض المشروعة فقط.
  • نبيع ونوصّل حاليًا إلى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وإلى بقية دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية والكويت والبحرين وقطر وعُمان)، وإلى دول أخرى مختارة تظهر قائمتها الكاملة في صفحة الدفع.

2. منتجاتنا

يبيع متجر Glowly أدوات وإكسسوارات التجميل والعناية الشخصية، مثل رولر الوجه وأحجار الغوا شا والفُرش. منتجاتنا ليست مستحضرات تجميل ولا مكمّلات غذائية ولا أجهزة طبية، وليست مخصصة لتشخيص أي حالة أو علاجها أو الوقاية منها. نرجو اتباع التعليمات المرفقة بكل منتج، والتوقف عن استخدامه إذا شعرت بأي تهيّج أو انزعاج.

وقد تظهر الألوان مختلفة قليلًا بحسب شاشة جهازك.

3. الأسعار

جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED)، وإذا دفعت ببطاقة صادرة خارج الإمارات فقد يحوّل البنك الذي تتعامل معه المبلغ إلى عملتك المحلية. وتظهر رسوم الشحن في صفحة الدفع. وفي الطلبات المرسلة إلى خارج الإمارات، لا تشمل أسعارنا ولا رسوم الشحن الرسومَ الجمركية أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو رسوم الاستيراد في بلد الوجهة، ويتحمّلها العميل. والسعر الذي تدفعه هو السعر الظاهر عند تقديم طلبك. وإذا ظهر منتج بسعر خاطئ بشكل واضح نتيجة خطأ، فسنتواصل معك قبل الشحن، ولك أن تختار إكمال الطلب بالسعر الصحيح أو إلغاءه واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا.

4. الطلبات

  • تفيد رسالة تأكيد الطلب باستلامنا لطلبك، ويُبرم العقد عند شحنه.
  • يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه، كأن يكون المنتج غير متوفر، أو يكون عنوان التوصيل خارج الدول التي نشحن إليها، أو عند الاشتباه في احتيال. وإذا كنت قد دفعت، فسنردّ لك المبلغ كاملًا.
  • إذا أصبح أحد المنتجات غير متوفر بعد طلبك، فسنبلغك ونردّ لك قيمته.

5. الدفع

نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات (Visa وMastercard وAmerican Express عبر Mamo) وعبر PayPal. تُدفع جميع الطلبات إلكترونيًا عند إتمام الطلب، ولا نوفّر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام.

6. التوصيل

نوصّل إلى الإمارات السبع كلها، وتصل الطلبات عادةً خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد الشحن. رسوم الشحن 15 درهمًا، والشحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 150 درهمًا أو أكثر. كما نوصّل إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية والكويت والبحرين وقطر وعُمان) خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل عادةً بعد الشحن، برسوم 35 درهمًا أو مجانًا للطلبات بقيمة 300 درهم أو أكثر، وإلى وجهات دولية مختارة خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل عادةً بعد الشحن، برسوم 79 درهمًا. وتُشحن جميع الطلبات من دبي. وتجد التفاصيل في سياسة الشحن والتوصيل. وتنتقل إليك مسؤولية الطلب عند تسليمه إليك أو إلى من يستلمه في عنوانك.

7. الإرجاع والاسترداد والضمان

تنظّم سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد عمليات الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ وضمان الأجهزة الكهربائية والعاملة بالبطارية لمدة 6 أشهر، وتُعدّ جزءًا من هذه الشروط.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات المتجر، بما فيها اسم Glowly وشعاره والنصوص والصور، مملوكة لشركة MASSALHA FZCO أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي منا.

9. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون الإماراتي، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو غير المتوقعة، ولا عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتج أو عدم اتباع تعليماته. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي طلب على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل ذلك الطلب. ولا يحدّ ذلك من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها بموجب القانون الإماراتي.

10. الخصوصية

نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية وفق ما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

11. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري على كل طلب النسخةُ المنشورة في هذه الصفحة وقت تقديمه.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في إمارة دبي، وتختص محاكم دبي بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. ونرجو التواصل معنا أولًا لنحاول حل أي مسألة معًا.
